Welcome to Pause Select. By accessing or making a purchase from our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

By using this site, you represent that:

  • you are providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior.

2. Product Information

Pause Select sells pre-owned video games and related products.
Each item is photographed and described individually.
Normal signs of wear that were shown in the listing photos are not considered defects.

We do not guarantee availability of manuals, inserts, codes, or bonus content unless explicitly stated in the product description.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice.
If a pricing error, listing error, or inventory issue occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order.

If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance.
We may cancel or refund an order if:

  • suspicious or high-risk activity is detected
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided
  • the item is no longer available

Payments must be authorized and valid. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be reported to the payment processor.

5. Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors.
Once an order has been shipped, Pause Select is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, any re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Items cannot be returned without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we make reasonable efforts to keep all information accurate on this website, we are not responsible for:

  • typographical errors
  • outdated product information
  • inaccuracies in product condition that were not visible or known at the time of listing

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Pause Select.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pause Select is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • losses resulting from carrier delays
  • issues arising from normal use of pre-owned items

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada, depending on the customer’s location.
Any disputes must be resolved under these jurisdictions.
